Dean Savage - and his son Bradley - are classic 'old school' master craftsman - who together have seamlessly constructed my bespoke dream home in North Devon. Dean, whilst mindful of the regulatory environment delegates only what is legally absolutely required consequently avoiding those substantial financial costs associated with architects, engineers, plumbers and electricians. This 'hands on' approach to each aspect of the construction process is the uniqueness of the man since he is then able to translate your vision into an objective reality with a minimum amount of interference from third parties. The genius of the man is not his multi- disciplinary technical skills but the ability to grasp and visualise his clients intended construct and then deliver the product beyond all expectations. I wouldn't recommend Dean to build you a simple wall. Or a house like your neighbours. Mr Builder can do that. But if you have an architectural dream - a Grand Design - then Dean and Bradley are the perfect combination.
